Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing Bucephus you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account.

2. Pulse Credits: Not Real Money

Pulse Credits are a fictional in-platform loyalty token. They have no monetary value, cannot be purchased with real currency, cannot be transferred to other users, and cannot be redeemed for cash or prizes unless explicitly stated in a specific promotion.

Bucephus is a prediction entertainment platform, not a gambling operator. Prediction Rooms use Pulse Credits only. No real money changes hands between users. Bucephus does not promote, link to, or earn commissions from sportsbooks or betting operators.

3. Subscription Tiers & Payments

Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off). If you are a consumer in the European Union or the European Economic Area, you have the right to withdraw from your subscription purchase within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you purchased the subscription. To exercise the right of withdrawal, contact us at [email protected].

If you withdraw from a subscription within the 14-day cooling-off period, we will reimburse all payments received from you, without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision. If you have already accessed the paid features during the cooling-off period (e.g. generated scouting reports or placed predictions), we may deduct a proportionate amount for the service already provided.

Tier breakdown:

• Freemium: No charge. 100 Pulse Credits on signup.
• Fan ($50/yr, 75% off until July 19): 1,000 Pulse Credits, enhanced scouting access.
• Analyst ($150/yr, 75% off until July 19): 5,000 Pulse Credits, 1 free daily scouting report.
• VIP Athlete Pass ($1,000): Maximum tier, mandatory KYC. Non-refundable once KYC is verified.

Subscriptions auto-renew annually unless cancelled. Early-adopter rates locked in forever. Payments processed by Stripe, Inc.

4. Prohibited Conduct

• Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to manipulate leaderboards or prediction outcomes.
• Submitting false identity documents during KYC verification.
• Coordinating with other users to artificially inflate leaderboard rankings.
• Circumventing rate limits or anti-bot honeypot protections.
• Reselling or transferring Pulse Credits or account access.

Violations result in immediate account suspension and permanent leaderboard removal without refund.

5. Advertising & Disclosures

Bucephus does not carry sportsbook or gambling sponsors and earns no commissions from gambling sign-ups. Any banners or sponsored slots are non-gambling advertising. Bucephus is a free-to-play analytics platform, not a bookmaker or gambling operator, and does not accept, hold, or pay out real-money wagers of any kind. Predictions and premium analytical reports — including model-derived probabilities, expected-value, and Kelly-style sizing figures — are AI-generated statistical estimates provided for informational and educational purposes only. They are not financial or investment advice and carry no guarantee of outcome. Any decisions you make are solely your own responsibility. Services are intended for adults (18+).

6. Intellectual Property

Bucephus and its AI-generated scouting reports, analytics, and brand assets are owned by Bucephus, Inc. You may share screenshots for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, resell, or distribute our content at scale.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. Bucephus makes no warranties regarding uptime, data accuracy, or prediction outcomes. We are not liable for decisions made based on Bucephus analytics. Our aggregate liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Delaware.
